Like the human-eating Venus flytrap in "Little Shop of Horrors," social media demands to be fed, often. That has put pressure on brand marketers and agencies to speed up the creativity while meeting the unique demands of each platform. One company responding to the content vacuum is FlashStock. Grant Munro co-founded the company three years ago after witnessing the explosion in need while working for a social media management company. "The current model is really broken," Munro says, and the cost and talent needs for producing high volumes of content in the cities where most agencies are based really adds up.
FlashStock was named one of Instagram's 41 new partners that will help it grow its burgeoning advertising business. These first few dozen companies are just the first wave in a larger plan to partner with at least 100 vendors who will focus on improving ad campaign management, interaction with users and content marketing capabilities.
FlashStock appears in The Growth Hacker’s Guide to the Galaxy, the ultimate compendium of growth hacks for the modern digital marketer, written by marketing veterans Jeff Goldenberg (Head of Growth at Borrowell and TechStars Mentor) and Mark Hayes (CEO of Tiger Tiger, and founder of one of the world's first growth hacking agencies)
FlashStock Technology Inc. announced it has been selected as a partner application for Salesforce Social Studio, the collaborative content marketing, social engagement, publishing and analytics solution from the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Earlier this year Instagram made it possible for ad- and marketing tech providers to build tools that marketers can use to manage their brands' Instagram accounts... and Instagram has picked 40 companies to certify and join its new Instagram Partner Program.
Grant Munro, an author and CEO of FlashStock Technology says that the future of social media is visual. There is no time like the present to begin using Instagram to grow your consumer base.
The Facebook-owned social network introduced the Instagram Partner Program to help advertisers and businesses use Instagram to reach consumers. It’s a natural next step for a company that several months ago opened its advertising platform to all advertisers.
With the recent global launch of Instagram ads, the platform spells nothing but opportunity for brands. The question is not ‘does my brand need to be on Instagram,’ but ‘how could my brand stand out from the pack?’
FlashStock connects marketing ideas to a global network of photographers who in turn submit authentic, customized imagery of real people and your brand— images of real people enjoying products, at a price and in quantities that make sense.
