Photography Content Coordinator

The role

Looking for a great experience with a growing creative start up? FlashStock is looking for a smart, talented, motivated and goal-oriented young professional to join our growing photography delivery team. As a photography content coordinator, you will support various functions of the company with an emphasis on operations involved in recruiting photographers and fulfilling photography projects.

What you will learn

  • How a creative start up works: Working with an experienced team, you’ll see first hand what it takes to get a company off the ground including everything from photographer recruitment, to brief review, photographer assignments, project management and contributor followups.

Your Responsibilities

  • Stay on top of visual content projects ensuring high quality on time delivery
  • Coordinate photographer network management and followups
  • Assist with shoot logistics & other projects within the content team
  • Assist with contributor recruitment

Your skills

  • You are a recent grad with a photography degree or diploma, preferably in applied photography.
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You live in or around Toronto and are able to work full time regular hours in the office (Adelaide & Spadina)
  • Willingness to support multiple people & roles as needed
  • Possess basic word processing and excel skills
  • Must be knowledgeable about common photo industry software, tools, techniques, and language

Enterprise SaaS Account Executive - New Business (Toronto)

Job description:

You will be working with some of the world's largest brands - F1000 marketers such as Nestle, Unilever, and L'Oreal to evangelize our Content as a Service model.

This is B2B Enterprise SaaS sales and we are looking for individuals that have that type of experience selling 5-6 figure deals.

Our model is to connect brands to a global network of photographers using tech in order to help them create custom content on demand rather than sourcing imagery through stock photography or the agency model.

The role

We are a Toronto based tech startup looking for full time interns interested in sales, business & operations in a startup environment. You will start your internship as part of the FlashStock sales team, working closely with a sales manager and along side the CEO and other senior leaders within the organization to evangelize FlashStock and share it’s unique value proposition with fortune 500 marketers. Once you’re comfortable in this role, you’ll be rotated to other parts of the organization based on desire and competence.

Project Coordinator (Toronto)

The role

FlashStock, a creative photography start-up, is looking for an organized, motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our growing content delivery team. As the Project Coordinator, you will be one of the main points of contact for all photography and video projects, and coordinate workflow ensuring all projects are delivered on time. This is an entry to mid level full-time, on-site position in Downtown Toronto.

What you will learn:

  • Communicate with photography managers on all projects
  • Be a point of contact for photographer related questions

Marketing Programs Specialist (Toronto)

The Marketing Programs Specialist will be responsible for supporting all demand generation and digital marketing programs, including email campaigns and lead nurtures, webinars, display advertising, social campaigns, abm and offline events. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the various lead generating marketing channels and some background in marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot). The Marketing Programs Specialist will be working in support of quarterly demand goals, and as such, must be familiar with marketing-specific performance metrics and reporting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Own all program builds in marketing automation tool
  • Liaise between content, creative and demand gen to build successful campaigns
  • Manage timelines and schedules for campaign execution.
  • Create campaign assets, including emails, landing pages and forms
  • Conduct campaign-level quality assurance and testing.
  • Track and report on all marketing related activities
  • Assist with campaign targeting and segmentation.
  • Manage webinar and live event logistics.
  • Report on campaign performance and success.

Success Criteria:

The Marketing Programs Specialist is measured on the achievement of quarterly demand generation goals, specifically marketing qualified leads and sales opportunities.
